To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
